This hybrid journal gives the user an opportunity through weekly focal points and guided prompts to write out their reflections on self-care, joy, thinking patterns, relationships and a host of other wide-ranging topics. The first five days on the Reset program are designated to prepare for the journey through committing to a daily allotment of time and attention, and gathering resources in the form of support and encouragement for the journey. Over the course of the program, the reader will be challenged on their current level of functionality in being present in their daily life as well as addressing long-held dogmas about what they eat, how they think and who or what gets their hard-earned cash.
